Early Years
Magtrol AZ
Began as a GE products distributor with strong ties to the Southwest mining industry. Identified market need for electrical apparatus repair and field services.
1996
Arizona Electrical Apparatus (AEA)
Established to focus on circuit breaker refurbishment, field services, and obsolete parts. Built reputation for quality and reliability.
2005
Manufacturing Pivot
Transitioned from refurbishing used equipment to manufacturing custom motor control solutions. Expanded engineering capabilities.
2023
PowerTec Global
Formed following acquisition of license to build ABB Limitamp products. Expanded into global manufacturing of Legacy+ and medium voltage control.
